I’ve been trying to use this app since last month but it kept saying that system is down!

This app is always down or somethings wrong with it so inconvenient
Technical issues
I’ve been trying to get them to fix an issue that I’ve been experiencing. To be able to transfer money on the app again but they haven’t. They don’t reply to emails with updates anymore or any solutions. I don’t think they themselves even know how to fix it🤦🏽♀️
Not working
Like the others, I set up an account here in NZ and once I try logging in, then it keeps asking to send a code and reset the password, every time I do, then it repeats itself and won’t even let me login. Gonna have to go back to sending money the physical way
login error
seriously dont know whats wrong. made an account, tried to log in, email and password works, but then it keep putting me on the “update password” page. updated my password, logged back in, keeps redirecting me to the “update password” page. no i dont want to update my password again
I need to keep updating my password
It won’t even let me log in. It keeps telling me that I need to change my password , that it’ll send me a code and I’ll have 30 minutes to use that code , but as soon as I’ve changed my password it’s just back to the same process again.
Not working in NZ
I tried to make se it wit my mobile and later my wife’s mobile it did not work. There so called international helpline number appeared to be a scammer rather than a real person. I am going to the money changer near our home and do it old way. Moneygram will benefit from an IT department.
