This App is Sad!

App is not opening with my iphone pro max phone! It is a bit sad! Because Almost every week I am using moneygram for money transfer..

Address of the receiver

Your app is very specific and not accepting an address and says place “0” if you don’t have a house number. Even after entering this it’s not accepting. So I had to remove the address all together because it was optional. But this is weird, you guys really should fix this problem- not a good experience for the first time user.

Can’t even log in to the app

I got my iphone 14 plus for quite long but still haven’t able to log in to the app. Always said the system is down.

Better than than other money senders

They good better rates and less fee than others

It’s not working

The apps appear for 5 secs and switch off . Very frustrating. I’ve provided all my personal information and privacy . It’s not working. I will have to follow this matter up.

Always gave us good exchange rate

Low rate for cash pickup

Too much difference in rate for cash pickup against bank transfer. Needs to be reduced.

Failed money transfer

Hey, I just want to ask why my first money transfer has been canceled? And when will my money be refunded to me. Why did you canceled my transfer when all of my details is correct. I don’t even get any explanation’s why!

Charges are very high

Charges are very high on money transfer if using your app still very high.

I’ve been using MoneyGram for 11years since I-arrived here in Australia,and that is the easy way to send money to my families ,now I’m struggling to sending money to them ,everytime I submit transactions is keep loading and straight away back to homepage .
