Bugs get fixed pretty quickly and fast response time from support.

Crashes every time I try to open Special package Please fix it my user id is 7603508

Been playing since high school. Polished, charming, generous with premium currency and a strong development team. I’d go as far to say this is the best game on the App Store.

Everything is great with this game the designs are nice. I dont care much of the story but it seems interesting. you can play or auto play it which is nice to choose which when replaying a stage. Definitely has a pokemon feel for try to catch them all which i like. And ads are only if you want extra things like gems or eggs. The only problem i have right now which is more of a slight frustration is that when i watch an ad for the reward it crashes or the ad wont complete sometimes and i half to restart the app making it not count. And it is crashing if you play for more than 3 hours.(although i only notice this problem with the iphone/ipad) thats my only problem which makes me avoid the ad rewards most of the time for that annoyance but its an acute problem in a small area so in the end still a good game. I hope they fix in in the future updates

So, I have been playing this game for a long time now, since close to launch. It’s really good, and I’ve been enjoying it a lot! However, I have had issues with the recent update. It worked fine after the initial update until I turned the app off, then wouldn’t let me back into the game, only showing a black screen for a little bit before exiting itself. Then it let me back in about a day ago, for a short while, and now won’t let me in again. I tried going to the support page, but it’s not helpful at all, so I am putting this here to hopefully get attention to this issue, as I find this commonly happens after an update. That is my one -major- issue with this game. Hopefully, it gets solved soon! Issue was solve quickly, however now I have issues with crashing out of the Dimension Defence when I finally get above level 7. Appreciate the quick response and fix for previous issue, though! If you could look into this, I would be -super- happy! Thanks once again for the hard work and awesome game! ^__^ Previous issues were quickly solved and handled well, but now the game just crashes all the time and it’s getting pretty annoying. It used to crash out of Titan battles and not use up my attempt, but now it crashes and I lose the attempt. Dimension Defence crashes less, but still occasional issues as well. It now also crashes in other places for no reason, like mid-stage during a farming run, making it hard to be involved in the current Capture Fest. Would be great if these crashes could be looking into, thanks!

I play this game every day. It always has some crashing issues, but today it is never ending. Very annoying having to reload the game every 2 or 3 minutes. Until this is fixed, I can’t rate it any higher than zero

I’ve had this game for almost four years now, and it’s got to be one of my favourite mobile games. It’s immersive, fresh, and fun to play with or against friends too! I recommend this game to anyone who’s played and enjoyed genshin impact or pokemon :)

There profiles are still here but we can’t get them? I’m confused

The game is fun to play the characters are amazing but the events are too time limited and honestly the game costs too much money I would rather spend on a bunch of small purchases over time but I’m not trying to cough up a wad of cash all at once just to get my astromons to evolve it’s way too much and I don’t have enough free time to be wasting trying to grind my characters just wish it wasn’t so time restricted for events I honestly get fed up with this game I play it for a few days then realize it’s too hard to maintain and upkeep and it’s really difficult to stay updated on events some people have jobs and this is not the kind of game you would wanna play if your a busy person honestly seems like it’s for the kids that waste their parents money and spend all their time on it… would be nice if it was more open to all groups of people but it’s too restricting

So to get bonus in this game you have to watch ads. That is fine, what’s not fine is after watching the ads they make us wait 13 more sec for nothing! I don’t have all day to waste on this game already it takes many of my hours. This extra punishment wants me to quit the game.
