I have been using the apps for years.
Not sure what happened from last month, it started to added a random week of “period” in my calendar for every month. Now I lost all my record !! and the apps is showing I am having three menstrual cycle in one month/every ten days.
I don’t know to retrieve my data going back for months!
I never thought this would happened, I only recorded my menstrual cycle in moody and this really frustrating.
One request
can you pls make the exercise videos easier to follow? As someone who has no yoga background i dont understand any of the pose names and its so fast i cant follow at all.
Just started the aubscription and wanna do the wjole month challenge but with this exercises idk if i will
Fantastic support
I love this app for help tracking my cycles and generally just helping me to figure out what’s going on with my body, highly recommend!
App Name?
For such a insightful app, the name really doesn’t sit well with me. Opening up a phone to “Moody” has such negative connotations when we should be moving away from branding a woman’s cycle so negatively. We should be embracing the knowledge we gain from apps like this as they are empowering. “Moody” suggests otherwise.
My Favourite Well-Being App
I have used Moody for a few years. Within that time I have learnt that my period cycle and how I feel in accordance to that can be predicted. I use the app as reassurance and guidance for my mind and body. My boyfriend has it downloaded too and my account on his so he can also help/work with me. It’s hugely helped my relationship with myself and my hormones as well as my relationship with my boyfriend. I have nothing but good to say about this app. If you use it well it will help you have a good quality of life.
Great!
Really helps me understand where I’m at health-wise.
Shame.
This really had the potential to be a great app, I almost paid for the year. But the first video having to mention pronouns was enough for me to not even see the free trial through. I deleted it straight away. Only women have periods, it will only be biological females who need this app. I'll find another that doesn't pander to wokeness.
Great app!
Use this app almost daily. Has so many different functions under one umbrella. Very informative with useful articles, period tracking, symptoms and mood tracking, and so much more. The interface is user friendly and the dashboard is designed beautifully. Shout out to Anais!
This is SO close, 4.99 stars
I love this. I am convinced this is THE app this 41 y.o. tech savvy, wants my phone to tell me everything about me so I can respond to what my body is telling me is looking for. I just wish for one thing. Can it please, please track my cycle using Apple Health connections?? Pretty please? 🥺
Bring back previous graphs!
I agree with another reviewer. This was so much better in the previous version when it wasn’t the little dots on a line, which mean very little. This app was really helping me to understand and compare symptoms of a hormone-related illness until the change, where it’s now almost impossible to do so. The ability to see symptoms between months that this app offered previously really was its USP. It was so good. Now it really does seem like a designer just wanted to make it look a certain way, rather than taking the functionality of this into account (I’m a designer myself). Every time I go back to using it now (I’ve tried a few times), I get irked. Please bring back the old graph version!
