If you have an NVIDIA GPU in your gaming PC, you can install NVIDIA GeForce Experience (GFE) on your compatible PC, enable GameStream in GFE's SHIELD settings page, and you're ready to stream.
If you would like to host using LizardByte Sunshine, which works on all GPUs, simply install Sunshine on your PC, perform first-time setup, and you're ready to stream.

I don’t actually understand why some reviewers rated it so low. I had no issues with Moonlight, in fact it works so well with Geforce Experience from my gaming machine and has the lowest lag compared to other set ups.
You just need a decent Wifi speed in your home and you’re golden. I also tested this by connecting from another country and it works wonderfully.
I also use this from my Apple TV to connect to my rig so I could play on the living room TV.
