Moonpig is great but..

It’s a great app But you can’t change the font in the card. You can on the computer. If you call customer service they say “oh no, “all features are there” but they’re not, so it’s like talking to the walls. It’s still a great app & I use it lots!

Moonpig is a life-saver during this pandemic!

I have been a loyal and active customer for many years, from designing my own photo cards to picking up a quick design to get me out of the doghouse when in the danger of missing an important event. Even more so during this pandemic how important it is to stay in touch with friends and family and show you care. How can you do that? By sending a quality card (and possibly a little extra something) to put a smile on your loved one’s face when they receive it!

Great app easy to use, shame about the limited range of bday cards for my 18y old nephew but love the balloons

Can’t select delivery address from address book

I updated the app, had card and chocolates in the basket but when it came to selecting a delivery address from my address book it wouldn’t let me do it. So you’ve just lost a sale to Amazon.

Ok

It has great search features but not like or save options so if you do find something you have to remember where you found it. Editing is easy but you cannot save to edit further later, you hve to do everything then and there which is annoying.

Works for me

Saved me from countless thoughtless moments. No matter where I am I can send that card.
