Mother’s Day fail!

I spent over £8 for a Mother’s Day card. Disgraceful and won’t be using you again!! It was posted first class on Wednesday so don’t get it!!

Perfect app if you don’t live in an English speaking country!

I am the biggest fan of this app

The only sad thing is that you don’t deliver the other items books etc abroad other then that only positive experiences

When lots of photos, easier to do on computer, but now no longer possible :(

Reminders = no missed birthdays. Maybe work on the gifts though.

I have just used the app! I love it 👍

I was so excited to finally have the app. I use moonpig a lot as I live outside of the UK so I love the concept. After installing it on my iPad, and seeing that you can use a handwriting function I thought brilliant! I can write directly on my iPad. Nope. Have to write old school with pen and paper. Then have to take a photo of it. The app very poorly tries to work out what is text..... it’s not rocket science but the app struggles. Took many many attempts to finally have some dodgy looking text on the card. Ah well. I then wanted to add a gift with my card. It brings up a few options but there’s no option to view other gifts? Had to do a separate search and add to bag separately. This app has a long way to go to catch up with the latest technology and ease of use!! Very frustrating, as is the desktop site. Come on moonpig!!!
