semenjak tau moovby, kalo mau sewa mobil ga perlu ribet lagi, tanpa jaminan apapun, aman, terpercaya, dan harga terjangkau

Aplikasi yg sangat membantu untuk menyewa mobil dengan mudah. host yg cepat merespon dan kondisi mobilnyaa bagus sesuai ekspektasi.

Terlalu Lama Verifikasi

Verifikasi ID card cuma dalam hitungan detik langsung approved dan lanjut ke SIM, udah berhari-hari ditungguin belom juga. Fitur ‘need help? Talk to us’ nya di hilangkan saja, ga berfungsi. Ga ada kontak yang bisa dihubungi. Tidak rekomendasi sama sekali ! Moga aja data ID card dan SIM saya ga bocor ya! Mengecewakan. This is not Moovby, but MoovBYE.

Tergiur rating bagus, saya akhirnya pilih moovby, kenyataannya saya order H-1 di jam 2 untuk keberangkatan besoknya jam 8 pagi, sampai malam tidak ada konfirmasi, nomor yang dihubungi susah nggak diangkat-angkat, sampai jam kebesokannya 07.30 masih belum ada konfirmasi, begitu ditelepon akhirnya diangkat, baru dikabarin nanti ada driver yang menghubungi, ditunggu lama baru ada yg menghubungi, si driver malah bilang nanti ada driver lain yang menjemput, padahal sudah jam 8 pagi, dan itu pun masih belum pasti siapa driver lainnya itu, sampai 08.15 masih belum ada kepastian, mooby juga susah dihubungi, karena buru-buru akhirnya saya order grab, begitu saya hubungi lagi moovby, minta maaf juga nggak, malah dihubungi mau minta refund sampe 12 kali nggak diangkat. Udah kapok, dibalik rating bagus ada bobroknya juga, mungkin terlalu jumawa, udah nggak mau lagi pakai jasa moovby.

Tempat pelayanan sewa mobil paling worth it, awal pesan Inova lalu setelah dicek AC bermasalah langsung diganti unit Pejero Sport. Kualitas harga bagus dan unit sampe lokasi tepat waktu dan sesuai keinginan customer.Unit bersih dan nyaman disemprot disinfektan dulu ,pokonya klu mau Jalan2 atau mau pergi jauh pake moovby aja deh pasti engga bakal kecewa dan saya sangat merekomendasikan ke keluarga / teman2 saya.terima kasih moovby
