This is the worst apps! The car replacement procedure was terrible! They ask me to have local mobile phone to proceed. And it took hours for socar to respond. They give you replacement car and address to pick up. But the car was not there. I lost lots of money and time using this apps. Never again!

Almost cant get home. after reach the destination suddenly the apps got blank screen, luckily i can install on my other phone

SOCAR app is the worst car sharing app. Avoid using it if you can. When no issue, it is a decent app. When there is a problem, their customer service attitude is horrible, their customer service respond is very slow or ignorant, and the worst is, their online “live agent” will disconnect from the chat and leave you in the ditch when they realise they need to manage a problem. Examples of customer service officers that refuse to provide customer service support by disconnecting themselves and disappeared are Nazrul and Nazmi. Should sack these 2 employees else SOCAR will continue to lose customers with their poor quality attitude.

Can’t sign up, OTP Error, apple id signup error

very bad system wise, often errors. the car was told to stay but we were told to pay a collection fee

Getting an email respond took weeks with no solution and they have no call center. Very gutted!

Cant even sign up using apple id. When i tried to, the Next button cannot be pressed

For the first time, me and my husband tried to book SOCAR. We booked Toyota Corolla Cross for the Raya getaway and we are so happy with the car and the services. Booked Car Delivery but it was cancelled and we were given the option to do self pick-up & they reimburse on the transport fee from our house to the car location. Another thing, through-out the journey our fuel fees paid by the company. We just need to reimburse them through the App. Love it.

Having a helpful assistance during the live chat with the agent from the virtual assistance although it is for my next trip next month
