Sorry but I don’t like the new update on my iPhone all my items in my basket are blank can’t see the pictures of the items all blank

There’s a big problem with this app recently , we use two devices to order into the same account. So I will start on my phone and setup an delivery and order , then my wife will add on her phone. Then if I top up the order on my phone it shows the order and I pay for it. But then at midnight when the order is process it’s wiping all the additional items I’ve added . It’s done this 3 times now . I tried customer care and they are useless. Think I’m going back to sainburys because sick of not getting our full order.

I have down loaded and deleted and reinstalled this app a number of times but it just keeps freezing up over the last few months now. I did work ok for some time before.

Really difficult to view your items in the basket. Really horrible layout. And ridiculously easy to delete your whole basket in just one click. Why would you do that?! Won’t be using again.

When I open the app and log in it then freezes and won’t let me click anything, even if I uninstall the app and reopen or restart my phone. It occasionally lets me click through but then undoubtably freezes again on the home page

Set up my account with my Apple ID using private relay, as offered by the app. Manage to order through the app but receive no confirmation emails, no verification codes or anything, so contact tech support. I have explained the situation several times to several different people, who all parrot the same response or tell me to set up a new account - which would mean I would lose all my lists, my delivery pass etc. What is the point of offering Apple ID to customers if your software/systems cannot handle it?!

Way to loose customers, why won’t you sort out your app? I now shop elsewhere as after months of complaining you’ve done diddly squat.

Spent ages doing all my shopping and then went I went to check out and approve the payment in my banking app, I came back and it was all gone. Utterly useless. This was after I’d already tried using the “green” app for it to not work at all (again, at checkout stage) without telling me why. Found out by chance to use the white one, only to find it’s even worse. Infuriating. Will shop elsewhere.

Just a suggestion.

This app used to be perfectly good but at some point something has gone wrong… I can usually place my order but then if I go back into the app to make changes it freezes on the first screen and won’t do anything. Works fine on Hubby’s phone, but I have to delete the app and reinstall to get anywhere every time I want to use it!
