Great price, great app. Just needs features like an area to add body measurements and a quick lookup feature so your can search for an exercise and see max/current weights
Excellent
I’ve followed Matt for years and know he knows his stuff. This app is super easy to navigate and the exercises (Sares at home) are excellent for me. 3 days in and I can already feel a difference. The cost is super cheap but feels like it should be so much more for the access to the content. I’m only on the 7 day free trial but will definitely be signing up.

Used a few of these and this is by far the easiest app to use. Lots of ideas if you can’t use / don’t have the equipment. Nice easy reps to log. Love it 😃

This app is keeping me accountable, I’m tracking nutrition even when I’m having a wobble which helps me get back on track quicker than I used to and I haven’t missed a workout yet, I have had to be flexible and creative in ways to get it done but it’s happening 🥰 Thank you Morsia family 👍🏼
