My new building uses this useless crashy app… sad that they don’t use the same system as my previous building that worked perfectly (JustIN)… since my new building charges $75 per key set I will open an official complaint against this app since I have no other choice.

From a tenant’s perspective, this app is very difficult to use. It takes a long time for pages to load, and often they will get stuck loading. It will say you have a new message, but then it doesn’t appear until you close out of the app and reload everything. I also generally find it hard to find and update my personal information. There is also no information on how to use any advanced features like facial recognition or even just unlocking the front door, which one would expect is a simple task. If you are setting up a new building, I would strongly recommend looking into a different/simpler platform.

Never saw such an app that many bugs exist, and also surprised that tests are not taken care of.

Stopped working in 2024

Finicky intercom system. When I look for my next apartment, I will have to confirm they don’t use this system. This company doesn’t develop their own hardware, and software is done by offshore contractors, there is no in-house dev team. One thing I need from an intercom system is to be able to reliably buzz people in, and this app/system is far from reliable.

There are only 2 things that work, access to the building through the Tennant card and the access code to share with deliveries or friends to access the building. But the key to access your unit, or the messages do not. It says that I have one message yet there is no button or anything to look at it.

How can an app that crashes at opening be released? Please fix it.

Good app, key option for apartments is great actually.

The app doesn’t let you do anything because it keeps reloding before you have the time to click on a feature.
