Horrible, slow and unreliable app

Does not pair with intercom. Can’t open front door, nor receive calls from entrance

There are some issues with the application. 🐌 It runs slowly, 🐢 and the front door does not open when it should. 🚪
Not functional
The app rarely works. It has gotten to the point where residents will have to go inside and open the garage for their cars because the Mosino bluetooth never connects to the garage opener.
Does not work at all
Like many other people, the app has stopped working entirely for me after an OS update. Reinstalling does nothing, the app is simply a bust.

I have rebooted my iPad, and installed all upgrades. I have deleted Mosino One and reinstalled the app. Splash page opens then immediately shuts off. Any suggestions? Thanks

Slouchy apps that seem underdeveloped. App doesn't open or the features in the app don't even work properly.
Ok
Ok when it works for the mobile key. (I had 2 issues since I have it). The other features such as the parcel delivery boxes is super nice.
