Thanks to Mottiv I got my desired PB

I’ve been practicing triathlon for 3 years, and this app has been a real game changer for my training! Since I’ve downloaded it, I got that boost my training needed! It keeps me motivated and disciplined, like I was trained by a real coach (last year I trained with a coach, and to be honest I see little no difference, since he was only giving me weekly training goals and not checking any of my progress). Thanks to the app I can adjust my training schedule according to my race goals and needs. I can track all my progress, and it did indeed improve my performance on race day! It helped me achieve the PB I worked so hard for the past 3 years in just two months of scheduled hard training!

I’m using the MōTTIV app to, after 3 years of being self coached, try and make progress in endurance sports (ironman, gravel races and trail running). This app is great because it has options to prepare a wide variety of events. It does this with varied and detailed workouts, that adapt to your zones and target races. So far in 2 months my ftp after being plateaus for a year, has gone up by 15 watts! Another plus is it also has guided (with video, accessible also from the computer) strength and yoga sessions. I usually put them in the computer and follow along which has helped me be more consistent with them. Highly recommend MōTTIV!
