Changed My Life !

Hi Taren, On June 2023 I just completed a 70.3 and felt disappointed in my performance after working with a coach. July 2023, I heard about Mottiv and joined. I couldn’t believe it was free (Even though premium is worth £20) and I am currently training for an ironman. Since I began, the progress I’ve seen has been incredible. Cycling - FTP 225 > 366 Running - Hit sub 20 5K run, long runs have seen we go for 22 miles and feel fine the next day ! May 2024, I joined a 5K swim for cancer on 4 days notice. I completed it in 1:29:29. Considering when I completed my 70.3 race I done the swim part in 45 minutes and have only been swimming for 2.5 years, I was blown away at the result. This is a true testament to the app. Being a dad, shift worker and husband, this app has been easy to swap workouts around to fit me. I recommend this to any runner, swimmer, cyclist or triathlete. Thank You Mottiv !

Great training app at an amazing price

This was already a great training app but the new pricing scheme has made it more affordable and accessible for everyone. This app has it all; you just need to add your race dates and distances and it plans it all out for you. Swim, runs, bike, strength and flexibility. You just need to do what it tells you to do! No other equipment is needed, although I use my Apple Watch, a chest strap heart rate monitor and a few kettle bells for strength training (and obviously a bike and access to a pool!) Also works great with the iSmoothRun app. It can read the workout via Training Peaks and announce the interval so you don’t constantly need to stare at your phone or memorise the session.
