Stupid app drivers choosing their riders
This is stupid my girlfriend and i book at the same time
my girlfriend got a driver while i didnt says that no drivers are nearby so i waited my girlfriend got picked up and enroute to the location while in still here waiting it still says no drivers nearby then my girlfriend is already at the location while im still not able to get one
Okay i understand maybe there are no drivers but the funny thing is my girlfriend was the one who book a ride on my behalf both of us tried booking again and what you know my girlfriend got a book immediately . While i still on the moveit app still finding a driver

Card Payments
I thought, when you booked a trip using a card, payment will be on hold and will only charge you once the transaction has been completed. Apparently, I’ve been having issues booking with this app, there are times my book is getting cancelled and had to rebook, then when I checked my account balance, the card has been charged. I thought it’ll get automatically refunded since that’s how it usually works, but no, it didn’t. I have seen multiple charges on my account for a single transaction being of booking cancellation. Fix the damn payment system and refund us the money back!
Payment On hold even if there is no Booking
Booked through cashless payment, got used to doing cashless since some riders refuse to accept Gcash payment if the booking was set on Cash.. so understandable.
Had an experience where I booked the ride was 224, as usual there were no riders available but I still tried in hopes of a rider accepting. When I tried again my money was still on hold and I could book anymore since they didn't gave back my money or Un held my payment since obviously I didn't get a rider.
I was in hurry and this inconvenience happened, I demand to have my money back from this experience.

I have no idea why my number was blocked on their end. I tried to make an appeal multiple times, but I did not get any response from them. I really wanted to use this application for a change since I'm already tired of the Angkas application. However, with this issue, I think I should just stick with Angkas.
Gcash balance onhold even when booking was not picked up
There were ni drivers around but my gcash balance was deducted. Happened sevwral times already. Especially during busy season your balance could get used up of there were multiple booking attempts especially if destination is far. Please hold payment only after booking is accepted. It is such a hassle for customer to constantly top up. Worse, there is no record of failed booking attempt so you cannot trace your money! And I agree about drivers booking but requesting us to cancel ontheor end.
5 star review not working
Suggest to change your routes. Always late for work even i booked it early because the routes youve chosen has a lot of stoplights!!!!
Bad Riders
A recent user here. And this happened to me twice already. A driver accepts the booking but does not move from his location. Tried contacting the riders if they want to pursue the booking but they are not responsive. Ended up canceling the rides which took me another 20 minutes to find a biker. Bad experience.
