Lalamove - Scammer Friendly
I booked Lalamove on May 22 and I got scammed. I called the seller and asked for the photo of the items before sending my payment. Lalamove rider then called me saying he has the items and even described it and asked for the payment, I sent it. After payment was sent, booking was canceled and a new rider was assigned. The scammer-rider said he’ll push through with the delivery but we could no longer contact him. It was raised to Lalamove through their in-app Help Center but they’re not doing anything about it. Been told that it was escalated and wait for 24-48 hours but it’s been more than a month and no updates were given. If you try to chat in the in-app help center, they’ll just tell you the same thing. Lalamove is scammer-friendly, their customer service is just the worse! Their service, safety and security is the most incompetent in the market. You cannot trust this platform. I regret downloading this app and using their service is one of the biggest mistakes I’ve done in my life.
Great app but
PLEASE do not allow your riders to pick up side orders. This is the whole point of padala service - the urgency. Sasabihin niyo na pag d niyo papayagan lilipat sa kabila. E what if parehong company ang strict? What if kayo pala pasimuno? Us clients hope you start being strict FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS and not keep turning a blind eye to this unethical practice.
Bad lalamove driver
The driver of his company is a thief who likes to steal things. It's best not to use him. I tried many times to contact him but cannot contact anymore.
Sobrang inconvenient!!
This is supposedly a same day delivery pero yung deliver ko na 3pm na pick up na, 7pm na dumating dito. Mind you that was only a 1 hour ride kapag commute. The rider even asked me to rebook seems to be asking me to add more than what was the amount on the app!!
Pin Location problem
The rider asked for additional amount because the pin location is different from the entered address. I never had a problem with Grab App because the Pin Location is automatically synced with the Entered Address. Lalamove app has a lot of problem. #neveragain

ABYSMAL MAP ACCURARY AND DELIVERY DETAILS
In 5 instances I have either sent/ or received a parcel fr lala, the riders always are way off the address. The map limits individual in pinning location which in return would give inaccurate address. Adding the address details nor sending a separate note to the rider is of no help since it seems they dont bother to read it. Also details about parcel content not available. Delivery service should be easy but lala service is just too stressful
VERY POOR Customer Service
Why accept booking 10pm onwards and yet no Customer Service available during those times? No work around for any issues
Napakawalang kwenta
Magdadalawang oras na kong nagaantay para sa item ko wala man lang update from rider tapos sa app hindi rin siya malocate. Tas nung chineck ko yung rider 1 star na pala tapos pinapagaccept pa nila ng request. Tapos wala man lang compensation para sa stress at hassle na. Ang pangit pa sumagot ng customer service nila paulit ulit lang na auto reply tapos pag cinall out mo sabi ba naman “kita na po sa messages” wow? Eh sa hindi nga helpful yung messages na sinesend.
