Love the app and the tailored program. Would recommend you mention the exercise equipment needed in the description. Which ties into having alternate exercises available if you get to an exercise you don’t have the equipment for or capability. Also would love if “family sharing” was enabled as my son wants to do it as well but is at a much lower level. Overall I am very happy with my experience.
what i was looking for!
good combination of strength and mobility training as a beginner calesthenics person. the ai algorithm is working for me as is the selectable workout time.
Tried multiple calisthenics apps, this the best
I’ve been using this app for over a month and have seen great progress. The feedback after each set really pushes your limits on each exercise. I’ve already seen good progress in my different skills. It also keeps each workout fresh and fun. No complaints.
Great
I’ve really enjoyed this app for a beginners introduction to calisthenics. It starts out a little slow but is very effective and highly recommend starting from the beginning as it gradually builds target muscle areas to make more difficult and complex exercises more effective and manageable
Literally a perfect app
I’m a complete beginner to calisthenics, and so far I am LOVING this app! Super easy to use and very good at giving me workouts that are not too easy, but not too difficult either. Love the adaptive training. I’m seeing myself get stronger every day! Most importantly, it’s just super fun to use. I love seeing my progress go up on different moves. I’m definitely going to use this app for a long time. Well worth the membership.
Gamechanger!
This app motivates me to workout every morning by turning calisthenics into a game where you can level up and unlock new skills. It creates a training plan tailored to your fitness level and goals, then guides you through interactive workouts that adjust based on your feedback. After using it for 2-3 weeks, someone even commented on how lean and muscular I looked.
The only downside is I often get sore and stiff and don't see much flexibility or mobility work like yoga, but I haven't explored all the videos yet.
I highly recommend this app for anyone who’s interested in calisthenics but doesn’t know where to start, feels overwhelmed, or needs motivation.
Quick Progress
If you just follow along, you see progress pretty quickly! I love the variety that it gives you for your workouts. I also always tell myself to stretch but never do. The cooldown on the workout is just stretching which is perfect to make me stretch 😂
Excellent App!
I have tried other calisthenics apps with only short term success. As we age, it is clear we need to maximize range of motion and strength. Simple cardio is not enough, nor is weight training. This program finds the weaknesses in you technique and develops a plan for gradual improvements. I do this every day and am happy with results.
Like having a personal trainer
I have had this app for about a week now and I am extremely impressed with how well it customizes workouts to my current skill level. I’m always able to give feedback to the app that either increases difficulty of movements or decreases them as needed. This would definitely be my top recommendation for a calisthenics type workout app.
Worth the lifetime membership
It’s nice and easy to wake up and go to this TMA app and start working out beginning with a warmup and ending with a cool down. I’ll even airplay it to my tv sometimes.
