Order has been cancelled and was already paid. No refund received. Worse customer service. Filed a complain and shown on the app that it has been solved. Scam

ألغوا طلبي ولم يرجعوا لي مبلغ الطلب، ولم يعتذروا، ولا يمكنك رفع شكوى ألبته إذا لم يكن عندك طلب قائم.
كل يوم يصير اسوأ
صار لي ٤ سنين استخدم التطبيق كان ولا غلطه ويوصل من اي مكان واسعاره معقوله، الآن صار اسعار التوصيل مبالغ فيها وما يوصل من اي مكان صار زيه زي اي تطبيق توصيل ثاني واسوأ مافيه شي يميزه وفتحوا عضويه بلاك اشتركت فيها مامنها اي فايده ومليانه قلتشات والعروض ماتشتغل وغير هذا كله مايردوا على الدعم، يقفلوا التكت ويسحبوا عليك وماعندهم اي اهتمام بالعميل

My order was pending for 2 days
Mrsool Support Team I faced an issue with my order. in 26 December 2024 , 215.16 SAR was deducted, but the driver canceled the order, and it stayed pending for 2 days before being canceled. The amount hasn’t been refunded yet. I tried contacting support through the app, email, and Twitter, but I only got bot responses. Please resolve this and refund the amount as soon as possible.
