They dont deliver the order to mee and they take my money i’ve paid on apple pay even the costumer services did’t respond . Staw away from this app and use hangerstation app instead

The overall experience is awful, go to alternatives ! 5 orders, 5 fails, 10+ hours lost fixing issues ! - You can’t reach support when you need, only when the app allows you, minimum 1 hour after the order, if you don’t pay, otherwise no support - The restaurant received the wrong order instructions from the app, partial refund, no compensation. - The delivery guy didn’t receive the code from MRSOOL to pick up the order, order cancelled and refunded, no compensation, I do the middle man work between the courier and MRSOOL. - They promise you apologise discounts on next orders that you never receive and cannot discuss with any support, no compensation, no discount. - The app forces you to solve problems directly with the poor courier guy who has nothing to do with crappy MRSOOL service, no compensation.

The worst application i have never used !!!!!!!!! I NEVER received my order, and the support is the worst i have never seen, they even don’t try to help you!!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
