I am writing this review following a call regarding my card. The lady was extremely helpful and obliging and most importantly gave me ample time huge thanks again to her
App seems to work fine for me on iPhone 15 Pro. Negative: Delay for transactions to appear in the activity feed/balance. Therefore your remaining credit limit is always a few days behind, opening you up to going over credit limit unintentionally
I find the M&S Banking App really easy to use. It’s simple to see the current balance and the forthcoming statement.
Every year or so I keep having my app somehow reset to show it is no longer signed in. I can’t recover any sign in codes or anything. Then when I try to enter in the password it says it’s incorrect even though it’s the same one I use for this banking account every time. I then need to go through an automated system to reset the password which doesn’t even recognise my credit card number for some unknown reason and wants to transfer me to an agent. Why can’t you make it so my account/app doesn’t just, you know, decide to be absolutely useless like your automated password reset system. Just fix the app and I won’t actually have to use your other broken systems and bother your staff.
This is the most difficult thing to negotiate, if you want to pay extra you have to enter your debit card details every time, no way to register a card that I can see, my address is slightly wrong but I cannot alter it as the (many) steps they give don’t work…I have another credit card that I put all my purchases on then pay off monthly, and that works flawlessly through their app. I was thinking of using the M&S card to do this, but due to the stress of trying to use this app, I shall not be. Sort it out.
Easy to use for my simple requirements
I can’t see if you’ve taken £ so I can collect Euros
Want to talk to a real person. It’s all very efficient with chat box but I don’t want to go through an automated service. I want to talk to a real person
Why not a homepage which includes a drop-down for statements How do I see a breakdown of what I purchased rather than a total with no info. Where are e receipts? Not a user friendly app
