Diabolical system
My mobile number is incorrect. I’m unable to access the PASS without it. I’m told to sign in to internet banking to change it. I can’t sign into internet banking without signing in using the PASS. Catch 22 situation. Going round in circles and getting nowhere. I’ve given up and I’m closing my account. Shocking customer service.
M&S App Difficultes
I have spent quite some time trying to reconnect with my account to see my monthly statement after being told I had to download the app in order to do so. This was apparently to give me extra security, never mind that it came to me on my email address telling me that my statement was available. I tried my best but found your app anything but easy and straight forward. I came to a dead end when I was told I had no mobile phone number registered with you but was given no link to add it to my profile. I chatted with the help line but the lady couldn’t help as she couldn’t access my details. She gave me a number to call but it disappeared when she hung up before I could write it down.
I have given up and will try and get some help when I can get to an M&S shop which I can’t/shouldn’t do just now.
All very frustrating.
