They charge you even when they say they’re not going to charge you and when you cancel, they don’t really cancel and they charge you.

Horrible/ never used charged $15 a month even tho I CANCELLED!!!

Billing Scammers

Downloaded Mubi to watch The Substance. After, I tried to cancel my membership. It pops up with several windows to try and get you to stay, and my membership cancellation didn’t even go through. Ended up charging me $15 even I cancelled my membership! Not worth it at all. At that price, I would have just bought The Substance on Amazon.

very laggy , was trying to watch a movie it kept glitching and freezing. Not worth my money or yours, not satisfied.

I cannot imagine creating an app with less functionality and just plain stupider than this. No navigation. No real search process. They just recycle the same recommendations. Blow it up and start new.

EDIT: I swapped my aging tv with a new one and it fixed the problem. Rating updated. I’ve tried watching two movies, The Substance and The Fall and neither have sound when cast to my tv. I’ve tried rebooting my phone and tv. Checked updates. Tried other apps and they work fine. I definitely won’t be renewing my subscription.
