Multimatic app has basic issues of stability, every week loosing the date / time / zone settings and offsetting the heating and hot water cycles. It's also very amateur in 2021 to start the date setting from 0.january.1 to roll until 2021.dec.11
There are a lot of features in the app, but there is no information about what are them exactly or how it works :D I don’t understand the goal of this app, did you create this to your own engineers?! Or have you ever tested this with real customers??! I think a lot of things are not so obvious as you thought, for example: circulation on/off. Wth?! What circulation can I set exactly? Should I turn it on or not? So many questions and there are no answers in your “shiny” app. Very bad user experience :(
Tisztelt Vaillant Group! Nagyon bízom benne hogy valaki Önöktől olvassa ezeket a kommenteket, mert nagyon röviden ez az alkalmazás nem hogy egyre jobb lesz, hanem egyre szarabb! Az ember nem kevés pénzt költ a gyári Vaillant rendszerre, amiért úgy gondolom elvárható lenne a gyors stabil működés. A legutóbbi frissitesik óta a legbosszantobb hiba nálam, hogy az app másnapra elfelejti az összes helységnél a beállított aktuális hőmérséklet kijelzését! Fogja magát és szépen visszaáll a tervezett hőmérsékletre, hiába mentettem már el kb 10x, hogy nekem ne azt mutassa, hanem a tényleges mértet. Érdekes ez előtte - amikor tetű lassú volt az egész app - legalább működött. Most h gyorsabb nem lett, még ez is csak bosszúságot okoz! Nem ajánlom senkinek, hogy Vaillant rendszerben gondolkodjon “okoskazan” kapcsán!
Használhatatlan iprai hulladék! Szégyen egy ilyen nevű gyártótól!!!!

Az applikáció felületén lehetne csiszolni: pl. nem lenne haszontalan látni, hogy az egyes helyiségekben aktuálisan megy-e a fűtés (láng piktogram). A nyitott ablak érzékelés egyáltalán nem működik! Továbbá hiányolom az olyan “okos” funkciót, hogy pl. a beállított időre fűtse fel az adott helyiséget a kívánt hőmérsékletre (lásd Net**mo) Hasznos lenne a visszamenőleges, fűtési diagramm (előzmény) megjelenítésének lehetősége is...

Die App funktioniert nicht mehr! Aus irgend einem Grund erhalte ich die Meldung dass die App ab dem 31.03.24 nicht mehr funktioniert. Wie kann es sein dass jemand Zugriff auf mein Handy hat und eine App deaktivieren darf?
Gut ich kann ein paar Zeitfenster regeln. Ende. Aber Verbrauchsanzeige = Fehlanzeige. Echt schwach. Die Anzeige Solatermie vermisse ich auch. Und das bei einer 1,5 Jahre alten Heizung. Ja das erste Problem war ja schon: extra WLAN - Teil kaufen, wo ich betteln musste, das ein Techniker kommt. Nach über einem Jahr habe ich endlich jemand gefunden. Der direkte Kundendienst von Vailllant wollte ja auch nicht kommen!!! Einfach nur traurig für so viel Geld!!!! Eine echte Enttäuschung.
