You’ll also have access to Sleep Journeys, Guidances, and Soundscapes which do not include smart-fade technology.

更新后可以3个小时了，希望可以更多时间。 不错的应用，就是可以练习的时间太短了，而且屏幕一直亮着很费电。 另外我的5s经常闪退怎么回事？现在只能用ipad。 希望赶紧放开时间限制。
