The free Muse Meditation app works alone or together with all Muse: The Brain Sensing Headband devices. Once paired with your Muse device, you’ll get access to Muse’s Meditation and Sleep Experiences that give you real-time audio feedback about your brain and body.

Muse’s Sleep Experiences include Overnight Sleep Tracking and Digital Sleeping Pills or ‘DSPs’. DSPs use smart-fade technology that gently modulates your auditory experience to help you fall asleep and fall back asleep if you’ve woken up during the night. You’ll also have access to Sleep Journeys, Guidances, and Soundscapes which do not include smart-fade technology.

Expensive!! Run!

After paying my expensive head band i have to Pay for using the app too! 250$ !! Not worth it! Others app Are much better with no other fees then the app itself! Waste of money! NOT RECOMMANDED. Oh and each year they make a new model more fancy but that does the same.. and had to update the model i bought🤯big NO for me!

It works!

What can I say, biofeedback does work. u cannot improve what you do not measure, and biofeedback from muse gives u more than quantified experience, it helps u step up ur game!

Overall good

But, how hard is it to display the actual waves along with the three regions (active, neutral, calm)

This is really good and take away a lot of my stress. A MUST for all with stress. This really show you how your brain is working, or relaxing. Love it
