When looking at reviews for pants it’s kind of hard to compare the reviews to my own size. Since I wear Western sizes, I think it would be easier to sort reviews based on waist sizes to make it easier to compare the fit. Especially when different company’s have different comparisons when it the level of stretch for each company is different.

I have a package lost and I did everything (by everything I mean EVERYTHING, I contacted the website and the local carrier, and knocked all my neighbors’ door asking whether they have my package by accident, and I even go to the trash dumpster to see whether the wrap is there) by myself while the customer service and the local carrier pushing the problem to each other in an extremely inefficient way. The still asked me to do more checking and implying that this is my problem even though I am the victim. I got my responses at least three days after I sent my questions, I feel terrible about spending my entire week and half to have to deal with the other bunch of things they asked me to “double check” again and again and again after finishing a 8 hours shift. Don’t shop from this app. They don’t take any responsibility not even the bare minimum. I highly suspect that such a huge enterprise in fashion industry who spent millions on commercial and even paid for K-pop stars like New Jeans to promote doesn’t include an insurance for their merchants. Terrible experience as a previous loyal customer. One star. Quit.

The coat length is different from description and the front and back length is uneven. The quality of clothing is bad and they don’t accept return(the return policy is extremely strict). Please don’t buy anything from this company.

I have waited for that clothing for 1 month and they are not going to send it to me and give me my money back?300$ it’s nothing for your company??? I was robbed, I ordered a jacket and they gave me back less than the amount I paid and their excuse is because of the excess sales that sold out, if it sold out why did they steal $11 more from me? I paid like $84 for the jacket and they gave me back less than the amount I paid, and I expected them to respond to my complaints, and nothing, they never attend to customer service, it doesn't exist, they have it as decoration, don't download this and don't even buy, it’s a total scam. This company is a joke, why are they selling if they give me everything back and they don't even give me the full amount of money, they charge me shipping and taxes? Where do they come from if they don't even send it, give me all my money back if they are going to return it, and if not, bring me my clothes. I am tired of your company, this is the first time I bought and how awful this company really is. I hope that my other order that I recently ordered is at least brought to me.

All they can do are to apologize and ask for your understanding when there are issues. They cannot solve any problem.

I order something and it’s been a few weeks and hasn’t been shipped yet. They are slow on their delivery and it’s very annoying.

I requested a return due to a size exchange, but they said returns are not allowed at all. This is absolutely ridiculous for a company that doesn’t even have offline stores. If the products purchased online can’t be returned, this is outright fraud. Do not buy from this company under any circumstances.

I don’t know how anything is gonna fit me. Since there are so many brands, all of them have different sizings. Before went there were user reviews I could gauge how something would fit me depending on the reviews
