By far the simplest hot wallet to use. I’m no tech geek in fact I’m a bloomer but Muun is so easy to set up and use. But the best thing about Muun is their customer service, you don’t have to wait days for an answer unlike some other Wallet providers!
I’m really happy with Muun Wallet. I was new to Bitcoin and I thought it was so easy to use and the customer service is super prompt, efficient and friendly! Special shout out and thank you to Fernando who replied to my question and sorted everything out in less than 24 hours!
Seemed great …but needs lnurl. Can’t use it for Zaps 😞 Update: Turns out this isn’t even really a Lightning wallet. It’s just doing swaps and relying on low fee rates. Very disappointing and misleading.

Exactly what you need for a Bitcoin wallet. No nonsense or clutter, very simple and easy to use. Used this wallet successfully to spend some sats on the lightning network while in El Salvador! Lightning transactions near instant.
Just moved over to Lightning to carry some spendable Sats with me day to day. Really simple setup and safe app with back up recovery just in case the seed gets lost. Nothing to manage, no need to configure a node. Just scan and spend Great support also, Thanks Ignacio !!!
The wallet is super easy to use. Really intuitive user experience even for someone unfamiliar with lightning network. It’s amazing to see the payment arrive as soon as you tap “send”. The app is very simple, you don’t see anything you don’t need to just send a quick payment. I wish more crypto apps were like this.
Previously unfamiliar with how to set up payment channels etc but Muun manages everything under the hood. Been using for 2-3 weeks now, no complaints so far! Very straightforward app for Bitcoin holders to enable them to send BTC on the Lightning network.
I really like it’s simplicity! Very focused on user experience and it’s backup mechanism is great!
