Muun Wallet

Been using Muun for cheaper transactions between the lightning network and on-chain. Super simple, easy to use and seamless experience between LN and on-chain. Works just like a wallet should work for efficient payment! Also enjoy the clarity of seeing how much your sending in both my fiat currency and BTC. Wrote to their customer service regarding an improvement and was met with a great response!

I’ve used many different bitcoin wallets over the years. Both for on-chain and lightning payments. Muun is by far the best I have used and it has been my favourite for some time now, and the one I download when helping people new to Bitcoin. Muun seamlessly supports both on-chain and lightning payments receive and send. The user interface is fantastic. Very easy to use. The backup system works well. Even has very nice support when you reach out to them with some question in my experience. Of course a mobile wallet should only be used for pocket money, i.e. what you intend to spend in the near future. Your bitcoin savings should be in cold storage on a hardware wallet. When it comes to HW wallets I trust Trezor the most.

Super clean, lightning fast, convenient. No 3rd party risk as far as I can see. Super low fees for the network itself.

Great backup option. Very secure hot wallet. The support of Lightning Network is essential. My biggest complaint is that it cost the same amount of satoshis to send from the Lightning wallet as it does from the Bitcoin wallet in MUUN. If that is fixed then this would be tied for if not the best hot wallet. Update: I greatly appreciate the response. Now I understand the submarine swap infrastructure. The fees make sense. Since you don’t collect fees I can’t see this wallet being anything but a gift to society. In that, I greatly thank you. I would love a way to add money using Lightning and then spend from that instead of L1.

I mistakingly misplaced my recovery code. I contacted customer support via email and Jona came to my rescue. Jona made it easy for me to create a new wallet and transfer funds with a easy to follow step-by-step tutorial. I am impressed with the ease and flow of my experience. Definitely recommend Muun! Good Bitcoin Wallet

Hello, I am trying to receive BTC through the Lightning network and the person who is going to send me has tried to send from another wallet and it does not send, he says that there is no route. I would like to know why that happens? They have tried to send me from several different wallets and it cannot be done

I am having weird issue. Each time I try to receive bitcoin, the bitcoin address changes itself. Why is it so happening? I lost my fund when Ingave one adress to someone, they said they send the adress I sent, when I check I have different address

The network fees are slightly higher but the UI and simplicity make it worth it. My only complaint, if I had one, is the devs have gone silent the past year community engagement wise. They have fast support times but a more outward public engagement with community is needed.
