I do agree that the app is fairly easy to use, and cheap. But, the frustrating part was having several of my bookings cancelled by the driver because they arrived earlier than anticipated. Unreliable estimated timings. And after the driver cancelled the bookings, the app glitched and I had to delete and redownload the app.
