Bad version because you limited number of likes so much
Perhaps a “tech glitch” (scam) so that youll pay additional to get more swipes. To clarify, the app said my daily swiping limit was resetting with a countdown clock. Finally got to swiping and after one swipe, DAILY LIMIT REACHED!? Clock no longer counting down, so I believe this is a convenience tech glitch
Only matches at a time is terrible. The app doesnt even notify you when you get a new match. Terrible blunder.
I really did have a good outlook on this app until they have just blocked my account permanently accusing me of fraud, profited or illegal activities, deceiving profiles. Which is absolutely a wrong investigation, so I’m very disappointed. Some of the members will insinuate the wrong things suddenly through the conversation when you decide to reject them, and I believe that’s what has caused the situation but I have blocked the profile immediately. It is very disappointing and wrong because nothing of such was ever conveyed by me on my end to accuse of such and permanently block my account.
I was banned from their site for something legal in my country… there is no Islām to be found on this app… nothing to do with “safety” as they say in their response… liars… I read their terms of service and there’s nothing stated there which mentions what they claim I did to breach their terms of service… I give them open and unlimited permission to site my “breach” publicly… May the curse of Allah be on those who prevent what Allah and his messenger صلى الله عليه و سلم encouraged…
My Response to Your Patronizing Response Thank you for your reply regarding the Gold feature. However, your tone felt dismissive and failed to address the core concerns I raised. The Gold feature may offer a “host of features,” but at its core, it is not designed to genuinely help users match. Instead, the app seems focused on pushing additional charges—$5 for a single message, boosts, and other upsells. These practices prey on users’ vulnerabilities and create the perception that matches are withheld until more money is spent. Statements like “increase your chances” only reinforce this concern. I’m not opposed to paying for a service that works, but the app’s current structure feels manipulative and undermines the trust users should have in it. If your aim is truly to connect people, this strategy needs to be rethought.

I’ve been a loyal Muzz user, but I am incredibly disappointed by the decision to remove the Travel Mode feature. This was one of the most valuable aspects of the app, allowing users to connect with potential matches in different cities or countries—perfect for those who travel frequently or live in smaller communities with limited options. Removing this feature has significantly reduced the app’s usability and appeal. What’s even more frustrating is that the subscription price hasn’t been adjusted to reflect this loss. As a paying Gold member, I expected features that provide real value, not a stripped-down experience for the same price. The removal of Travel Mode feels like a cash grab, leaving subscribers questioning what they’re actually paying for. Muzz has always claimed to prioritize meaningful connections, but this decision contradicts that mission. Many users relied on Travel Mode to connect with matches who align with their values and lifestyle but live outside their immediate area. By removing this feature, the app is alienating a large portion of its audience. If Muzz wants to maintain its reputation as a leading Muslim matchmaking app, it must listen to its user base and bring back Travel Mode. Until then, the app feels incomplete and overpriced. As a paying customer, I can’t help but feel let down and disappointed.
Ngl a lot of Muslim men on here will bully you until you cry. And reporting them does nothing. I had to uninstall because my mental state went wayyy down using this app. It’s like Muslim Reddit
