Some Error
Hello, I have been using the app called "Muzz" for a few years now (before they had problems with Tinder owners and lawsuits), I'd say at least 5+ years and everything was fine until now. Roughly 3 days ago (Roughly 16th of August 2024) I updated the app to the latest version (8.15.0). After the update I noticed that I was not getting any profiles to view. Unlike before, when every user could see profiles of people who lived all over the world. To try and see profiles of a different specific country, I clicked on "widen filters" and then clicked on "Limit Location by" and in that section I got a banner notification in a black box on top of the screen that says "You will be seen by members searching in Your Country" (Ofc I won't name my country for security purposes) and next to that text there is a clickable button that says "Change Location" Bellow that "black box notification" there is a search box from where you can search for different countries, click on them and see profiles IN that country. But whenever I tried to enter a name of any country nothing comes up, the reply is "No Results Found". To figure this all out in more detail, I contacted support both in APP and on EMAIL. IN app support didn't replay to this moment (my message was on Friday 16th of August 2024), even though they say it might take up to 48 hours. Email support replied with "The marriage tab shows those who match all your filters. Explore only Filters by Age and Location". So by the looks of it, a user has to click on "Change Location" to see profiles of people that are living in different countries and to change your location in app, you have to pay, meaning you have to subscribe for 1 week, 1 month or 3 months. So in short, seeing profiles in different countries, that is not your Origin country, became a payed feature. That is sad, because that was what made muzz different and better. What made muzz be addictive. I don't know if this is an intentional and is a bug/glitch, OR it is intentional on Muzz's side. But I wasn't able to find such information/update in "version history" or in app chat, where we the users get such important updates. I might be wrong on the last part, but I personally was not able to find such information.
