I have created 4 accounts already on this app - every single time I create new account they permanently block it after 1-3 weeks. I do not do anything wrong, I do not break any rules of regulations, I am full of respect for other users so I can’t understand it. I have already sent them few emails asking for the reason of their actions (for the first time three months ago) but I’ve never received any answer explaining the reason of their actions.
I took a selfie while setting in cafe then I got rejected and this was their explanation “ Your profile photo is not clearly of your face (no sunglasses), inappropriate (not topless), or is not the same person in your Selfie “ BUT it was me and 100% fully clothed!!!
Pushing you to buy there premium Ads to buy the premium presented so often and annoying with 10 seconds waiting time to go Low number of people you can swipe to them (doesn’t mater if you like or dislike it is limited) If you delete the account from them then you need to wait 3 years to be able to completely delete it Many users with invisible pictures that you can not see unless you buy the premium or the user activate it and wait for there response. Honestly if they will not change these things from the app then it will not be recommended at all
I put my private information and I’m stuck forever in the verification step. You cannot use your account unless you verify it, no code will be sent to your phone. First the make put all your pictures and info. lastly the force you to verify and then never send you code. so your private information cannot be deleted neither recovered because YOU CANNOT UNDO VERIFICATION STEP
Perhaps a “tech glitch” (scam) so that youll pay additional to get more swipes. To clarify, the app said my daily swiping limit was resetting with a countdown clock. Finally got to swiping and after one swipe, DAILY LIMIT REACHED!? Clock no longer counting down, so I believe this is a convenience tech glitch
Only matches at a time is terrible. The app doesnt even notify you when you get a new match. Terrible blunder.
I really did have a good outlook on this app until they have just blocked my account permanently accusing me of fraud, profited or illegal activities, deceiving profiles. Which is absolutely a wrong investigation, so I’m very disappointed. Some of the members will insinuate the wrong things suddenly through the conversation when you decide to reject them, and I believe that’s what has caused the situation but I have blocked the profile immediately. It is very disappointing and wrong because nothing of such was ever conveyed by me on my end to accuse of such and permanently block my account.
I was banned from their site for something legal in my country… there is no Islām to be found on this app… nothing to do with “safety” as they say in their response… liars… I read their terms of service and there’s nothing stated there which mentions what they claim I did to breach their terms of service… I give them open and unlimited permission to site my “breach” publicly… May the curse of Allah be on those who prevent what Allah and his messenger صلى الله عليه و سلم encouraged…
My Response to Your Patronizing Response Thank you for your reply regarding the Gold feature. However, your tone felt dismissive and failed to address the core concerns I raised. The Gold feature may offer a “host of features,” but at its core, it is not designed to genuinely help users match. Instead, the app seems focused on pushing additional charges—$5 for a single message, boosts, and other upsells. These practices prey on users’ vulnerabilities and create the perception that matches are withheld until more money is spent. Statements like “increase your chances” only reinforce this concern. I’m not opposed to paying for a service that works, but the app’s current structure feels manipulative and undermines the trust users should have in it. If your aim is truly to connect people, this strategy needs to be rethought.
