Bad for Business
I’m gonna be without Internet for four days before they can get an appointment to me. I don’t want your stupid credit for a few days. I’m losing thousands of dollars. Unfortunately my only other choice is Comcast but that’s where I’m going.
Internet service horrible
My internet is horrible and is out as much as it is in. I am limited in choices where I live but I am looking for another provider and will switch when I find one I can rely on
Just a bad
App the developer should be drug tested and if there is more than one developer they should be fired, also the customer service for the app was just bad, also very bad WiFi (Century link) cause freezing all the time
Worst company ever!!!
There’s not enough time or space for me to list how incompetent this company is!!!

I have tried to get help with my modem not seeming to work. Has been a ongoing problem for me for over a year. All that they do is keep passing me off to someone else. The one time after several hours of trying I finally got to someone who got me a appointment and the repair guy never showed up.
Stick with a web browser
Almost anything you click on in the app will open the CenturyLink website in your browser. Troubleshooting anything through the app means a cycle of signing into the app, clicking on something that takes you to the website, signing in on the website, and actually just getting what you need on the website. The few things the app can do without going to a browser are actually just easier and more direct in the browser in the first place, meaning the app just ends up taking up room on your phone.
Outage
Although being out of service for 10 days, it has been a nightmare, I have been updated daily, had good customer service and the only problem I had seemed to be that I didn’t have a registered account with them, ie login (email) & (password) to be able to login to them via the internet/cellular connection. I’ve always used quick-pay or else I called them, and we know how hard that is with AI’s taking over! Advice:make sure you have a log-in & password for the mobile Century Link app. Connection has upgraded since the new main box has been upgraded.
More Hassle than it’s worth!
It doesn’t fix anything to open the app or restart it! How about you add a run a system check without making us wait on hold to get assistance
The line won’t hold capacity for my devices despite the increased cost to upgrade my service that I waited 9 years for! So I just get told take devices offline. How about we just go back to dialup at the same point because modern devices need modern internet infrastructure and Century Link is just a clink bit faster than mailing a letter!
Also, how is it our bills have skyrocketed but yet you still cap it at $200 counting your bill so you can’t prepay if you’re going to be out of town.
Do better!
Internet connection
I have had multiple problems trying to connect devices to the network & when calling received no help
CenturyLink
CenturyLink’s service is awful and an app makes it worse.
