Not happy with the service at all. Installation date of 12/18/24. Service didn’t work, had to wait another 2 weeks for service 12/28/24. Service is still slow and buffers all of the time. Rest modem and still having issues. Shouldn’t have to pay for a service that’s not working properly. Considering changing to Mediacom. Extremely unhappy with the service I’m paying for and wasting money on.
Great product with excellent customer service.
I have had barely any service from them for most of 2024. Service outages for as long as 4 DAYS! And when I finally had enough and cancelled on them, they would not give me a credit despite admitting that they could see the service issues and my attempts to call them. I explained that expecting me to wait on hold for more than 40 minutes is unreasonable and that is why I did not “report” my lack of service. Avoid this company at all costs!
My phone has no more room for nonsense apps! Put back Quick Bill Pay! Or Guest Pay! This is ridiculous! Absolutely ridiculous! Again, put back guest pay just like my water bill!
The app doesn’t really do anything except send you to the CenturyLink website. Why not just go to the website, rather than opening the ridiculous app. Also, the only reason for an app like this should be to find out why your service isn’t working. As you can tell by the stars in this review, it doesn’t do that at all. Interestingly, neither does its website. Horrible.
Most irritating company to deal with SERVICE/talk to
Poor service from beginning to end. Enjoy the 1 hour wait to cancel your account.
You used to be able to use this app to pause the internet for specific devices. They’ve removed that feature and made the app worthless since it just redirects you to their website for anything else.
The new update on the centurylink app is not allowing me to see or pause any devices on our wife. We had the ability to do it before but now we can’t. Tried calling customer service but due to customer service being overseas, they don’t understand what I’m talking about. Also tried talking to the tech team and they too are unable to help me. They said it has something to do with the app. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled, refreshed, rebooted, I’ve done everything and nothing is working.
