I want to pay my bill, and I can’t. I had a heck of a time setting up my account, and the website is equally frustrating. It kept sending me errors or telling me they couldn’t help me at that time. For a company that provides Internet service, this is subpar.

You people don’t even realize I no longer have my WiFi hooked up..you were NEVER able to fix my problem even though I had a technician come out! I couldn’t get hold of a human being..which is exactly what you want..those stupid bots that talked me in circles! Century link does nothing in support of me and my issues. I have T-Mobile for my WiFi account..I’m going to close my account w CenturyLink bc a print out shows even though I’m supposed to be getting 100 mbps my print out shows I’m only getting 37 mbps! Come to find out..I was told that I need “bonded internet copper pair bonded” in order to even GET 100 mbps and I haven’t EVER gotten what I’m paying for! You people are horrible communication vendors..you might as well sell hotdogs!

We have been without service since July 11 and going on two weeks with no resolution from Centurylink. We get a service outage text several times a week from them but no phone contact on our cellphones

I had Xfinity damage my phone line on 7/2/24 and called CenturyLink that day. I was give a appointment for repair on following Saturday which no one showed then on Tuesday no one showed and then on Wednesday no one showed . I called yesterday and was told it will be fixed by Monday. Today is 7/13/24 and will cancel service from this disfunction company after being a customer for 19 years.

What a bunch of scam artists! Don’t use century link if you have another choice in your area! They have taken from my account several times a month without authorization and have overcharged me several times when I am a Loyal customer always paying on time!

My account was a mess, and multiple calls of 30, 40, 50 minutes were of no avail (until Harli)! My account is now straightened out, my payments are now straightened out, and instead of a two or three star opinion of CL, It is now five star, solely thanks to Harli !!! Thank you, CenturyLink for hiring such competent, sweet, professional individuals !

Kept on trying to pay for my bill online but kept on getting walled by the website. I had to download this stupid app to allow me to pay for my service. It feels like centurylink wanted me to download the app just so it can continue my service. Will be looking for other internet providers.

CenturyLink customer service is terrible.
