Ugh!
I’ve been using this app for a few years, now, with the same email. I couldn’t access the app about 20 times over an hour, so I decided to try rebooting the software. Now it keeps saying that my email address is wrong when I even double checked before logging out what it was! I even tried creating a new account and it STILL is telling me the email is wrong!! I really needed to keep my tank light on so I could finish trimming. Now I’m stressed, wondering if the lights will go on at all in the morning. Like another reviewer said, Chihiros, why do you want to risk your reputation with a disastrous software that doesn’t hold up to the rest of the quality of your products?!? Your competition would stay nervous if you got your act together and majorly revamped your software for the better. Instead, you’ve kept your prices expensive and done nothing about this. There are now other companies with same (arguably better) quality lights for much cheaper. WAKE UP YOUR IT DEPARTMENT or risk losing business!!!!!
