Terrible User Experience
I’ve been using the app for years and there is always some kind if issue with it… Seems like epic don’t invest much in a good user experience.

No se por que quitaron los retos, los pins y poder ver lo que hace tu familia.
Borraron las fotos
Borraron las fotografías del año pasado y tienes que hacer log in cada vez que quieres ver tus estadísticas. Quitaron las “medallas” y los retos.

Useless for navigation on the mountain
The app doesn’t work without reception, which is most of the mountain. Vail, add more cell service or fix the app to cache the latest info, especially the trail maps. I’m not talking about some new mountain Vail cobbled up; I’m talking about Vail itself. I invite any of the executives who can ski to use this app in the back bowls.
Poor functionality
The app does not function properly. Information needed up on PC Mountain will not load. Even though there is service.
Garbage
Cannot add friends, view cams, anything useful. Takes 5 minutes saying error occurred repeatedly before I can even do anything.
