Love the Haven experience, a happy atmosphere, safe and entertaining

The caravan was so nice and very well equipped We used the Starlight entertainment area which was ok but felt the kid’s entertainment could have been better The only problem I have is not been able to book for next year and get two caravans together without having to pay extra to do so I will look at private hire in future

I was unhappy with the way we were treated when we reported a problem with ants I had my grandson with us who couldn’t play on the carpet as there was ants everywhere and was told to either go and buy some ant powder or have a refund and go home by the way this was at half 9 on the night and then the next day when I went to see someone on reception was told someone will be round to treat them and no one bothered to turn up

I’ve always used haven app keeps me up to date on things that’s happening and pre book activities for the kids so they don’t miss out on the fun packed holiday and gives me peace of mind

Last year we came to your site had a fabulous time was allowed to book in at 11 and told z waiting time b4 we went in this year so we booked again this year but being told 4pm not happy won’t book again the days over its not a cheap holiday not very happy the days over at 4pm

We recently visited haven holiday park at Filey primrose valley . We have a great meal in the lakeside restaurant it was great value for money . We were served by a wonderful lady called Vicky , she was really lovely ,she couldn’t do enough for us . It was a joy we had a lovely experience . My son and granddaughter went on the Aerial adventure .The two guys who were on that day , were brilliant ,really encouraging and full of fun , my granddaughters experience particularly as she was a little nervous was made enjoyable for her .

Parking next to the caravan was impossible as u r in the middle u get blocked in the Wetherspoons was very expensive compared to a normal one plenty to do for the kids and caravan was nice and clean
