M1 makes it very hard to terminate the SIM
After moving out of the country, it’s literally a big struggle to get your SIM terminated. Pathetic service.

Lousy! Been loyal for 15 years! Missed 1 payment due to holiday…just 1 reminder and cut on the next cut ur line and insisted to pay reconnection!!!! I’m switching to others!
