Very very Lousy
Lousy! Been loyal for 15 years! Missed 1 payment due to holiday…just 1 reminder and cut on the next cut ur line and insisted to pay reconnection!!!! I’m switching to others!

Just Bad. Transit is bad. If not ready then don’t launch it. Cut my fibre cause they transit to this new app and charge me $15 to reconnect. And now my hp line is missing. R u going to cut and reconnect then charge me for it again? Regret hopping over to M1
Stupid app and idiot developers
How many times I need to do manual payment? Cannot bind my credit card to do auto billing? Damn idiot developers, better quit your job. Stupid.

The app cannot be relied upon to carry out tasks. - subscribing to roaming passports is not reliable - login must be done with email to have full access, not phone number - app often hangs Generally lousy.
Basically a useless app
Useless app, cannot even unsubscribe value added services
