Very bad app
The app is very bad I’ve tried several times to recharge my sim Card online via app and it never work I’m staying overseas and not able to charge my card !!
Very slow
The application takes a lot of time to load and always disconnect
App Version has problem
The app can not load my units remaining in my bundle (calls not data)
Outdated platform with poor features
The platform is completely outdated, live chat is unreliable and ends when witch between apps and doesn’t include notification when reply received. Switching between numbers is a pain. Home DSL integration is not available. Complete waste of time. Please just use the same concept used by other service providers I.e Optus, Telstra, … . Please Don’t waste time with updates that doesn’t change the core performance.
False Advertizing and very bad network coverage
I have been a orange first class member since it was Mobinil and when I went to purchase the Samsung A30s they told me it was available and I had to go all around cairo since they told me it would be available at certain stores after I went to the stores they tell me it’s not available and try another store which I did and the customer service person on 2000 hotline is very rough and rude and unprofessional very bad experience recommend you try Vodafone or Etisalat or WE for customer satisfaction and better quality of service Donot trust this company that lies and is very deceiving!!!!!!
