The app is very difficult to use, information about credit and balance not clear and different depending on what you click. The app is too busy, too many options and ways to charge

These guys will take your money and charge you for things you did not do or join. Good luck even trying to reach their customer service. Absolute garbage.

يعني ايه ان الواحد يكون دافع و لكن لما تيتح ال app و عاوز يعرف الاستهلاكً يقول لك Your request can’t be processed now, please try again later يعني امتى مثلا؟ لما تبقي دي الرسالة الوحيدة كل يوم هل لما تنتهي الباقة، هل السنة الجاية، هل هما ترجع تاني لفودافون اللي بتعمل نفس الغباء، هل اللي عمل ال app دي هاجر؟ كلها اسئلة تدور في بالي و انا مش عارف استهلكت اد ايه و امتى لازم اجدد دا انتوا حتى ما عندكوش امكانية احط صورة للرسالة اللي كل ما افتح الاقيها، متهيألي انكم لا تقرأوا اي رسالة او تعليق و مش فارقة معاكم

Last update needs newer iPhone, which I cannot afford. Thanks for the new useless version .

Very buggy, rarely works. I have been left stranded multiple times because I was unable to recharge my internet for long periods of time. Please fix your app, it shouldn’t be hard. It is unreasonable to make me go to the physical store every month.

Very very very bad service Haven’t seen like that in my life The app started ok then it has been more than a month I can’t see my mobile internet or my home internet to know where do I stand accordingly my children can’t study and can’t do anything online I sent zillion messages and called more than zillion times explaining that I have a problem nothing is done Meanwhile also I deleted and reinstalled the app several times still nothing where as I know it is working with almost all my family and friends and till now if I need net I have to go down take my turn and ask them to charge it …..is that possible in anywhere in the world
