Very buggy, rarely works. I have been left stranded multiple times because I was unable to recharge my internet for long periods of time. Please fix your app, it shouldn’t be hard. It is unreasonable to make me go to the physical store every month.
Very very very bad service Haven’t seen like that in my life The app started ok then it has been more than a month I can’t see my mobile internet or my home internet to know where do I stand accordingly my children can’t study and can’t do anything online I sent zillion messages and called more than zillion times explaining that I have a problem nothing is done Meanwhile also I deleted and reinstalled the app several times still nothing where as I know it is working with almost all my family and friends and till now if I need net I have to go down take my turn and ask them to charge it …..is that possible in anywhere in the world
Keeps asking for update even after it’s updated!!

After the first login, the app works fine. After subsequent usages, the app crashes at the splash screen rendering it useless.
No even the simplest task of renewing my plan is possible I recharged my account and tried for over an hour to renew or change my plan. All went in vain The app is untidy, irrelevant and so un-userfriendly with no clear focus. I was expecting when I browse the plans offered by Orange to be able to select one and subscribe to it, but unfortunately this is not the case. I wonder how they do business
For a company that delivers technical IT services, this is a very poor app. You log in several times before it’s successful and it crashes continuously.
The application is good most of the time and it does what it says. Some improvements may help to make it more valuable 1- performance: in most cases it either fails to load data or it takes very long time to display it 2- interface: needs an easier and simple landing interface to display all information on home screen, jumping between pages of balance, credit remaining, internet balance and bills (in some times N/A for certain customers) is so frustrating 3- Transactions: you may include a service to display last transactions, like calls SMSs or internet consumption withe respective charges on one hand, and recharging or bills payment on the other hand, since its a gray area how the balance and credit are consumed. 4- support: add the life chatting option from the application ease the way your customers can communicate since it can load the user data and authenticate to the live agent to reduces the time of the interaction
