I don’t typically leave reviews, however the app is quite nice, the cost per chapter is consistent and their customer service team is easy to reach and even easier to deal with.

I purchased a subscription and it never registered. It kept asking me to buy coins.

Paid for subscription but…

Canceling your subscription means that the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of then-current period…. So when I have over a week left I why did my prime status go away… thats against your policy?

SCAM

They have charged my account unauthorized out of the blue and refused to refund and also never gave me any coins for it either. I had faced the same issue previous year and cancelled everything from then and all of a sudden they charged me this year and on the top of it they don’t want to refund me. Full of scam. Someone should shut down their app. Don’t subscribe or don’t purchase even it says one time charge this app will take more money from your account

Watch your bank account drop!

I accessed this site a couple of times last year. Since then, even though I have not used it again I’ve been charged $29+$2.99+$2.99 every week for the last month. If someone does not contact me immediately I will contact the paypal’s fraud dept.

Malfunctioning App

Terrible app - you can only unlock one chapter for free every 8 hours - except it’s not really 8 hours but could end up being more than days… The app sucks so hard - it can’t keep track of time. Why would I stare at a locked screen if I have to wait 8 hours????? Are you telling me if I don’t stare at the locked screen then time doesn’t pass????? Try the AlphaNovel app instead - waaaayyyyyy better than this useless app where you can’t even read!

Annoying

Books are poorly written. You have to either watch ads or wait 8 hours to unlock each chapter. With that said I got hooked on a book and impatient. Tried the free trial and nothing happened. No extra coins, nothing unlocked. What would I be paying $10 a week for exactly??? Edit to add that it is also extremely annoying that it takes your coins even after waiting 8 hours.

App charging my credit card

Do not download this app and pay for anything. Thank god my bank stopped them from taking any money from my credit card. I did not approve any charges to be made or subscriptions. After months and emails sent this app is still trying to charge a cancelled credit card. This app is a scam
