Scam App

The stories seem good but you only get 1 chapter that last maybe 2 minutes words of reading… EVERY. 7. HOURS!!! It’s ridiculous! I’ve also seen many reviews saying even if you pay for coins (which you need a crazy amount of btw to get anything meaningful), you won’t receive them after paying. Stay away from this scam

Be careful with this appp

I had this app I cancelled it the end of September through my Apple Pay, so I thought that was that until I discovered they are still taking money from my account even though it has been cancelled. Would definitely ask people to be very wary of this app.

Do not download this app

Waste of time and my money. Gives you coins when you watch the videos and then the coins disappear. I purchased a complete book and 1000 coins, I never got either!!!! Contacted their help centre and they don’t want to know. Don’t waste your money or your time

Coins not received

Hi to whom may concern, Very frustrated with the app, as I’ve made several purchases in your app from subscriptions to purchasing coins, however it seems to glitch out each time and I’m not receiving my purchases. I have signed in each time to try and help the problem but it signs me out each time not sure what the problem is but I’m very disappointed.

Took money but didn’t give coins

Bought subscription and still wouldn’t let me read the book. So I cancelled subscription and subscribed again. Took my money for the subscription and still no coins and ads are still coming up. Very disappointing

No coins

Tried Topped up 4 times money taken out of the account got a receipt in the email but no coins in the app so can’t read the book. No email support in the app either very upsetting

Hi, yeah, so like I totally love your app. I’m reading a few books and I can’t wait to read more of your stuff but —and this is a BIG BUTT— when I get to a certain point in a book, there’s a glitch that throws me back a few chapters. And I’ll be damned if pay for something twice. It better not count. Because we’re going to have problems if I’m double paying. Just warning you….OK pumpkin??

Loss of coins

Not happy with not being able to contact someone regarding all the coins that were stolen from me. I had over 6000 coins saved and when I bought a new phone, you took them all from me. I want to know if there is any way of getting all my coins back. And why did you change the way we earned coins this is terrible. I can’t even get back to the stories I was reading. Your having me start all over from the beginning of all the books that I have read. It’s been hard for me to even find those again. I would like some response from you of how you’re going to refund all my coins and I paid for half of those some I earn. Either send me back my money or put my coins back and put my books back to the spot they were at so I don’t have to pay for them again. I can’t give you a review right now because I’m upset. Fix my problem and you’ll get a great one.
