My Passion: Novels reading app

Giving the option for one time purchase but then not opening the book and trying to forse people to takethe monthly payment is scamming.

The stories in Passion are very interesting and I have loved reading them. However, many of these stories feel like they are unfinished. I have been waiting for the chapter updates for a while now but nothing has happened. I hope those updates will happen because I would love to finish those stories. Maybe there could be information with each story when the next chapters are suppose to appear.

Tried to buy the premium subscription when it offered a trial,first week 0.99€ and then normal price,never got it and neither the benefits and nobody has answered my email..today i tried again to buy the same thing and didn’t get it,nothing happened and still no answer to my new email i send…just robs money

ABSOLUTELY terrible! Not only do i have to pay, but the app apparently stole me 6.99€ x2 extra beside 1.99€ x1 when i tried to buy the coins And when the payments didnt show… like in 1h in my account or bank accpunt i bought the last time the 6.99 and then it worked. Now my bank accpunt has missing 23€ and i only got 600 coins. Which is What you get when you buy witj 6.99. This app is not only expensive it ROBs money from you.

Apparently, the stories are really promising but the app is always having problem with loading. I have paid for coins and had to refund since the app is not working well. What a pity.

Hi, yeah, so like I totally love your app. I’m reading a few books and I can’t wait to read more of your stuff but —and this is a BIG BUTT— when I get to a certain point in a book, there’s a glitch that throws me back a few chapters. And I’ll be damned if pay for something twice. It better not count. Because we’re going to have problems if I’m double paying. Just warning you….OK pumpkin??

Not happy with not being able to contact someone regarding all the coins that were stolen from me. I had over 6000 coins saved and when I bought a new phone, you took them all from me. I want to know if there is any way of getting all my coins back. And why did you change the way we earned coins this is terrible. I can’t even get back to the stories I was reading. Your having me start all over from the beginning of all the books that I have read. It’s been hard for me to even find those again. I would like some response from you of how you’re going to refund all my coins and I paid for half of those some I earn. Either send me back my money or put my coins back and put my books back to the spot they were at so I don’t have to pay for them again. I can’t give you a review right now because I’m upset. Fix my problem and you’ll get a great one.

Trying this app

I’ve tried several times to support this app but it will not work properly. The stories show up on my Instagram and I pay to read them but then it doesn’t work. It’ll say you’ve paid but the option to click on continue is greyed out. Also they overcharged me even though I contacted them the same day that it originally happened and I still see a 15.00 charge on my card that was supposed to be refunded. I gave this app a 2nd chance and payed the fee to continue to read the stories and the same thing. Also the app won’t even let me log into my account. It keeps saying I’ll lose my guest points and even when I say ok, it resets itself and doesn’t allow me to continue. BUT they will try to pull money out of your account with no issues.

Canceled subscription via apple but they continue to take money off my card. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. That’s all. :)
