The ap is great, but for few days already the Day Streak count is showing only Day 20 and it is not changing, so it doesn’t give me any additional coins. Can you please fix this?

There are good stories that catches you and doesn’t give you to stop reading till it finishes. Also the app is easy to use and no adds which is amazing, also the price is reasonable not like the other similar apps with too expensive options. The bonuses are great and you can enjoy the stories.

Приложението не работи добре. След всяка глава има таймер който отмерва времето до отварянето на следващата глава, който започва от 08 часа, отброява си когато си иска, винаги сте на загуба. Веднъж пише че ще отвори следващата глава след 03 часа, като влезнеш в приложението след няколко часа вече показва, че ще отвори следващата глава след 08 часа. Превода е по-зле и от Гугъл транслейт. Не си заслужава. Може и да си платиш разбира се, но за това което получаваш е безсмислено.

Hi, yeah, so like I totally love your app. I’m reading a few books and I can’t wait to read more of your stuff but —and this is a BIG BUTT— when I get to a certain point in a book, there’s a glitch that throws me back a few chapters. And I’ll be damned if pay for something twice. It better not count. Because we’re going to have problems if I’m double paying. Just warning you….OK pumpkin??

Not happy with not being able to contact someone regarding all the coins that were stolen from me. I had over 6000 coins saved and when I bought a new phone, you took them all from me. I want to know if there is any way of getting all my coins back. And why did you change the way we earned coins this is terrible. I can’t even get back to the stories I was reading. Your having me start all over from the beginning of all the books that I have read. It’s been hard for me to even find those again. I would like some response from you of how you’re going to refund all my coins and I paid for half of those some I earn. Either send me back my money or put my coins back and put my books back to the spot they were at so I don’t have to pay for them again. I can’t give you a review right now because I’m upset. Fix my problem and you’ll get a great one.

Trying this app

I’ve tried several times to support this app but it will not work properly. The stories show up on my Instagram and I pay to read them but then it doesn’t work. It’ll say you’ve paid but the option to click on continue is greyed out. Also they overcharged me even though I contacted them the same day that it originally happened and I still see a 15.00 charge on my card that was supposed to be refunded. I gave this app a 2nd chance and payed the fee to continue to read the stories and the same thing. Also the app won’t even let me log into my account. It keeps saying I’ll lose my guest points and even when I say ok, it resets itself and doesn’t allow me to continue. BUT they will try to pull money out of your account with no issues.

Canceled subscription via apple but they continue to take money off my card. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. That’s all. :)

amazing stories previewed—but the app doesn’t actually have them. you’ll pay for what seems like a cheap subscription, only to realize the story you’re reading doesn’t exist on the app—and when you message the help center, they’ll tell you they’re closed. THEY’LL ALSO ASK FOR TEN DIGITS OF YOUR CARD OF PAYMENT TO ASSIST WITH THE ISSUE. talk about a huge red flag—would you also like my social security number?? absolutely terrible service, you can read cheap unedited YA nonsense for free elsewhere. i hope no young authors are pouring their souls into content for this leech of an app. entirely fraudulent and so not worth hitting “read more.” shame on you and all that you’ll endeavor on.

Too long and expensive . They are good but a person retired can’t afford .
