The My Porsche app is the ideal companion for your Porsche experience. Call up the current vehicle status at any time and control Connect services remotely. The app is constantly being developed and additional features will be added in the next versions.
The My Porsche app offers you the following advantages*:

Excellent car app
Coming from Tesla I wasn’t expertise the Porsche app to be of the same quality. But I was wrong. It does it all: full overview of current and past charging, full control of the doors and trunk/frunk, preheating, full car details, etc. It’s a bit slower at communicating with the car than Tesla but it just works. Very pleasantly surprised.

App heeft constant problemen
Minstens een paar keer per week loopt de app vast op één of andere manier. Meldingen zoals “kan server niet vinden” of “gegevens zijn geactualiseerd” terwijl er niets geactualiseerd is en de gegevens van de vorige keer gewoon blijven staan op het scherm. Stuur je instructies van de app naar de auto dan is het helft van de tijd “verzenden mislukt”. @Porsche shame on you. Zielig hoor. Jullie hebben 10 jaar achterstand tegenover Tesla.

Het is fijn om met deze app te werken. En lekker eenvoudig !
My Porsche app
Hi, I am disappointed. The buttons of the key of the new Macan EV are not user friendly. It happens that I open the frunk by accident. I would have expected that I receive a notification when leaving the car with the doors open. Also, the heat and the battery charge planners are mixed and confusing.
Works well but limited functionality
The app is reliable and communicates pretty quickly with the vehicle, I’m however a bit disappointed in the features especially given the yearly cost. Eg, no way of managing notifications, no trip details, no vehicle status beyond the battery, … I honestly expected more of a digital cockpit.
Ne fonctionne pas
Ne fonctionne pas même après une deuxième intervention chez un concessionnaire en Belgique qui a été facturée 243,06 €. À cela il faut ajouter le prix du Pack Car Remote vendu à 99 € et non remboursable.
