I love this app. It is very simple and easy to use. The videos from my physical therapist help me not to do something foolish and the built-in timer keeps we countable for reps, time, etc..

It’s easy to navigate and understand.

So the app itself is pretty easy to navigate. The only thing I wish would be different is a way to reset the program you are on. This app has no way to go back if you pause for a week ect. You can’t adjust the start and stop dates once you start the program.

My Apple Watch was set up but it didn’t sync

I'm not a nutritionist, but this app has different nutrient information and calorie counts than the other apps I've used. Some of the numbers are way off on certain foods.

Setscustomizable goals and allows trainer to give feedback. Mixes up exercises well, allowing for a complete body workout. Love it!!

This app has been honestly amazing I did some strong research before I chose and I’m glad I chose this one !! Being able to set up packages from my desktop and share them through my mobile device to new clients has been a lifesaver for billing. Navigation through the app is honestly pretty self-explanatory but if you get a little lost, the help team is very efficient at getting back to you. There’s so many great things about this app that honestly it’s hard to find something to dislike it for ….but that’s being said I wish there was more exercises to choose from Yes, it does have the availability to upload Custom exercises, but that is very time consuming! But the great thing about this app is that they are still updating it!!
