Must fix the bugs
When I write an exercise I want for my clients constantly I can’t save it, the site works better
Love this app… timer included… videos to show “how to”…
I love this app. It is very simple and easy to use. The videos from my physical therapist help me not to do something foolish and the built-in timer keeps we countable for reps, time, etc..

It’s easy to navigate and understand.

It’s good but could use some minor adjustments
So the app itself is pretty easy to navigate. The only thing I wish would be different is a way to reset the program you are on. This app has no way to go back if you pause for a week ect. You can’t adjust the start and stop dates once you start the program.

Different nutritional information
I'm not a nutritionist, but this app has different nutrient information and calorie counts than the other apps I've used. Some of the numbers are way off on certain foods.
Great App
Setscustomizable goals and allows trainer to give feedback. Mixes up exercises well, allowing for a complete body workout. Love it!!
